Ottery St. Mary
Surrounded by lush farming country, Ottery St Mary is one of the Southwest’s oldest towns. Its magnificent collegiate church is modelled on Exeter Cathedral and the poet, Coleridge, was born in the vicarage. Some marked footpaths around the town are suitable for wheelchairs.
Exmouth
With two miles of safe golden sands Exmouth is the largest resort in East Devon .The town is famous for its floral decorations and beautiful parks and gardens which run parallel to the broad flat esplanade. The Exe estuary bustles with small craft.
Budleigh Salterton
Named after the long since abandoned industry of salt panning Budleigh Salterton is an elegant seaside town which still retains the quiet charm so beloved of the Victorians.
